Nobody would have guessed that I, a tomboy who ended up hanging around as one of the guys at the race track, would have gotten into "girly stuff"! But the surprise was really on me. Arbonne is NOT "girly stuff".

I was introduced to Arbonne International through one of drivers that ran my brothers midget and his wife, Donnie & Paula Beechler. It was a Sunday night and out the blue I got a call from Paula. She stated that she was involved with Arbonne and was going to be in Indy in a couple of weeks hosting an Opportunity Meeting. She asked if Jeff and I would attend. It had been several years since I had seen the two of them, so I said sure. I figured I could finally have Donnie autograph his Rookie photo from the Indianapolis 500 and the only fold out cover issue of Open Wheel magazine that featured Donnie on the cover. It was bit selfish on my part, but whenever I saw them, I forgot the photo and magazine. When I remembered to bring them, they weren't at the race track I was attending. I said sure, we would be there. She sent an e-mail with a flyer attached about the meeting. I couldn't even pronounce the name of the company correctly before that night.

Jeff and I are always looking for different ways to supplement our income. He has no retirement plan and I got a late start on my retirement plans and needed to reduce my debt to income ratio. We have invested into some Real Estate, but those are long term investments that will help in the later years. The rentals aren't helping with the now.

We sat through the meeting, listening to the speakers that the Beechlers brought to explain Arbonne. Jarrett Dace, Regional Vice President, and Alison Hamilton, National Vice President, talked about Arbonne and the tremendous opportunity the company offered all their Consultants along with the generous compensation plan. Arbonne includes all levels in the compensation plan, not just those are the top. We were hooked. Oh by the way, neither of us had used any of the products at this point.

Guess we have never been one to do things the way most people would. Most would start to love the products and then learn about the business. We started to do the business and have found to products to be superior. Jeff is using the NutriMenC RE REvolution set and I am using the NutriminC RE9 Anti Aging set. I have since added the Sea Salt Scrub, Herbal Hand Cream and having begun using the Figure 8 Weight Loss Program.  Over the last few months, About Face Make-Up, especially the new About Face Primer, SeaSource  Detox Spa and many more have become a mainstay.

Neither Jeff or I have a lot of time to devote to Arbonne. He works for a race team and is gone racing some where in the country and I work for a graphics firm that has a large client base in the racing industry. However, we are growing Arbonne into, as Dr. Tom Barrett states, the nooks and crannies of our daily lives.
